Bio:

Located on the west bank of the Colorado River approximately 14 river miles upstream from Dotsero and 12 river miles downstream from the Catamount boat launch area. The entire 228 acre property was purchased and set it aside as permanent open space. The site will become available for dispersed recreation, with direct public access to approximately two miles of Colorado River frontage. Planned improvements include primitive camp sites, parking area and walking trails. Access to the property is via a one lane driveway off Colorado River Road. The property was preserved through a partnership with Eagle County Open Space, Great Outdoors Colorado, and Colorado Open Lands
